Specification

  • By using a horizontal direct drive type instead of a pendulum type, the number of sliding parts in the mechanism is reduced and the influence of dead weight on the dancer roller drive is eliminated.
  • Air bearings are used on both sides of the dancer roller to eliminate frictional resistance.
  • By installing a servo valve in the actuator body, air pressure transmission delay is reduced.
  • Equipped with a high-precision position sensor and pressure sensor, it achieves high-response and high-precision control.
