Super modulation

This is a function for JK-CW laser system modulating the laser to a higher peak power allowing deeper welding, better focus depths or cope with welding cracks.

Weaving

Laser weaving allows to weld items with gap.

Welding aluminum

By using fibers with back reflection protection systems it allows to weld materials such as copper and aluminum. Welding straight forwards allows winder welding area.

PIPA fiber

Standard fiber for GSI lasers. This plug in Pre-aligned fiber helps to eliminate back reflection and fiber alignment as well as reducing fiber change time.

Plastic cutting

Using the JK laser, cutting PP material at 2m/min is possible. By combining robot, cutting in various forms without affecting painting is possible.

Drilling

Using high peak pulse laser allows to drill deep, slant holes at a high speed. Combining with the right angle system allows to drill or cut at high precision.
