SDLN is an ultrahigh performance servo driver with linear amplifier, specially designed for nanometer class ultraprecision machinery. It automatically switches to PWM mode on high current output, satisfying both high-precision and high-power. Best suited for processes that require high-performance, such as photolithography, ultraprecision inspection, and ultraprecision machining.
