1. High Performance

System MX is a new series based an innovative and epoch-making idea which is to integrate the CPUs (inverter CPU for speed & current control, system controller CPU for outer loop control) in a Main Control Unit (MCU).

Complete synchronized multi-processing

Equipped with integrated CPUs (max. 9pcs, high-speed RISC type), the MCU handles synchronized vector control calculation on each drive and outer loop control from the unwinder. The result is unprecedented high performance.
Additionally the synchronous control operation is possible to 63 axes (standard) through 228 axes (maximum) with MCU synchronous optional configuration. Please refer to the factory.

High-speed communication among drives

All of the data handling on the system drivers is communicated via a high-speed memory bus, so there is no loss time in communication.
This creates a substantial speed advantage over serial communication.
With its innovative new features, System MX is 20 times more efficient than the AP5 100 series.
System MX excels in high-speed and high-accuracy synchronous control applications as well as general line control applications.

2. Open Network & Bus interface

CC-Link, Device Net

Easily connects to CC-Link and Device Net the widely adopted network in the FA field.
The protocol fully support intelligent station use and can therefore handle messages with PLC.

PC/104 bus based Interface

Equipped with PC/104 bus connectors, widely utilized for industrial PS buses, System MX can be interfaced with various systems.
Please consult with us if you plan to use the standard PC/104 board on the market.
